Our People
Mike Katz - Founder & President
iCD Media is the creation of Mike Katz, who founded
the company one year ago on the premise of designing
custom CDs with a standard platform to make them
quicker and less expensive to produce. Overall,
he brings more than twenty years of communication
and marketing experience to the company. The jumpstart
of his career brought him to the ground floor
of developing Val-Pak, now a multi-million dollar
company. He also was an original investor and
Atlanta Bureau Chief of Medialink, where he spent
six years working with clients on Video News Releases,
Satellite Media Tours and other multi-media campaigns.
His newest venture combines the visual applications
of video and animation with the individual control
and convenience of a CD to make the latest communication
tool more manageable.
David Lewis - Vice President of Business Development
Before iCD Media, Lewis spent eleven years with
Harbinger Corporation, an E-Commerce firm. In
his most recent position, he was the Director
for the Asia/Latin America Division where he led
their e-Business development expansion into several
markets, including Australia, Japan, Brazil, Argentina
and Mexico. He started his career as an account
executive with Libbey Owens Ford after earning
his business degree from Miami University in Ohio.
He brings his 19-years of business development
experience and knowledge of the technology industry
to iCD Media's doorstep. He is enthusiastic about
helping forge his talents in technology, sales
and communications into one solid position.
Jim Brams
Jim Brams joined iCD Media in April, 2002, after
running MDS in Atlanta for 12 years specializing
in press kits. After September 11th, he chose
to close the store after completing 6500 projects.
Before that, he was Vice President of PR Newswire
for 8 years in New York . He is a longtime PRSA
member and a committee chairman of the Georgia
Chapter this year after serving on the PRSA|GA
board for three years. Jim is also a professional
chef and cooking teacher.
Tony Rodono
Tony brings vitality and functionality to his
CD-ROM, web site and graphics work for iCD Media.
With backgrounds in fine art, photography, corporate
identity design, CD-ROM design, web site programming,
video editing and illustration, he has a well-rounded
scope to bring your idea to reality. He is a graduate
of the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill and for some reason, just purchased bagpipes.

Erin Flynn
Co-Founder, Flynn Publications
Communications, international finance and public
affairs are all categories of expertise for Erin
Flynn. She began her career two decades ago in
London working for Fuji International Finance
as a Eurobond salesperson. Accomplishments since
then include becoming Vice President at Hill and
Knowlton, national campaigns for Delta Air Lines,
and the authorship of one of the American Cancer
Societys most well-received books, A
Breast Cancer Journey, Your Personal Guidebook
from the Experts at the American Cancer Society.
(ACS, 2001) Today she is with Flynn Publications,
using her editorial and public relations skills
to help companies and organizations that address
social issues. Flynn Publications clients include
the American Cancer Society, CARE, the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention, the Marriott
Foundation for People with Disabilities, and the
Georgia Justice Project.
Whitney Greer
President, Thumbprint Communications
Ms. Greer is founder and President of Thumbprint
Communications, a leading business communications
company serving notable corporations such as CNN
Headline News, Equifax, Delta Air Lines, American
Cancer Society, TBS Superstation, and Cox Interactive
Media. She is a leading media and presentation
facilitator with more than a decade of experience
training executives and celebrities to communicate
effectively with all audiences. With more than
17 years of experience marketing and promoting
consumer and technology products, Ms. Greer has
served as an on-camera spokesperson for a number
of companies. Prior to founding Thumbprint, she
consulted and worked with Silicon Valley based
companies such as Apple Computer, Regis McKenna
and Sun Microsystems.
Tim Klein
Vice President of Public Relations, Cingular Wireless
Klein is the Vice President of Public Relations
for Cingular Wireless, overseeing all of the communication
and public relations responsibilities for the
company. Klein began his public relations career
in 1981 at Georgia-Pacific Corp. He then joined
BellSouth Corps public relations department
in 1985 and held various roles until becoming
the Executive Director - Strategic Communications
in 1998, working on the overall communications
strategy for the $24 billion telecom company.
He was named to his current position with Cingular
Wireless shortly after its creation in mid-2000.
Michael Manning
Senior Consultant,
With more than 18-years of experience in marketing
and public relations, Mike Manning brings a wide
variety of expertise to the Board of Directors.
He has leadership experience in agency, corporate,
private and non-for-profit arenas. As senior vice
president for GCI Group he directed national and
regional client counsel and strategy development
for such clients as AFLAC, the American Cancer
Society, BellSouth and IBM. In private practice,
he directed regional and national media relations
and brand marketing campaigns for more than 50
clients like AT&T, Paradyne, Cox Interactive
Media, the Major League Baseball Players Alumni
Association and Olive Garden Italian Restaurants.
He also is an active member of the Public Relations
Society of America Atlanta Chapter.
Alf Nucifora
Chairman, Nucifora Consulting Group
Currently, he serves as principal of a marketing
consulting firm, having retired from
the responsibilities as Chairman of the Southeast
office of a $310 million advertising agency in
1990. He attended Harvard Business School, worked
for two Fortune 500 companies and then moved to
the advertising business and into agency management.
Alf, an avid
spokesperson for the continued growth and success
of the marketing communications industry, delivers
more than 100 speeches and seminars a year dedicated
to sales, marketing and communications to Fortune
500 companies, organizations and associations
across the country and abroad.
